Glad you asked! We scour the homesteading, gardening, cooking, preserving, and herbal health worlds and handpick highly experienced world-class Instructors for you. Classes for more experienced homesteaders include Joel Salatin’s on Reclaiming Pasture Land and Brandon Sheard’s upcoming Class on Pig Butchering. Most classes have universal appeal. If you’ve never made yogurt before, for example, then you’ll enjoy Beth Dougherty’s Fresh Milk in the Kitchen. But even if you’ve made it 100 times, you might be pleasantly surprised at how innovative and frugal her no-outside-cultures approach is.
