This is MORE than just a cooking class!

It’s true, you’re about to learn some game-changing techniques for cooking meat dishes that will impress anyone you invite to your table.

But that’s not all…

Along the way you’ll pick some amazing strategies for kitchen efficiency.

What’s “kitchen efficiency,” you ask?

It’s about setting up a simple, sustainable system for feeding your family delicious home-cooked meals, day in and day out – without stress and overwhelm.

No more scrambling to get a meal on the table at the last minute… No more rushing to the grocery at 6pm to grab ingredients for tonight’s meal… No more kiddos hanging out the kitchen saying, “I’m SO hungry!”

Just a happy, well-fed, grateful family.

See, Shannon Hayes isn’t just a homesteader, author, podcaster, and Mom. She also runs an award-winning farm-to-table cafe in the Catskills. That means she’s busy… really busy.

So she has, out of necessity, developed a simple system that maximizes her efficiency and productivity in the kitchen – while minimizing the amount of time she spends there (and the stress!).

Have you ever wished you could wave a magic wand and have a stunning meal on the table? Well, we can’t promise that… but the skills you’ll learn in this class may just be the next best thing!

Meet Your Instructor:
Shannon Hayes

Hey there! I’m Shannon Hayes.

I grew up on a small farm in West Fulton, NY called Sap Bush Hollow.

These days, three generations of my family work together to raise all-natural grass fed lamb, beef, pork, and poultry on that same farm.

In 2015, my husband Bob and I purchased our town’s former firehouse and converted it into a community farm-to-table cafe, where we’re delighted to serve our friends and neighbors lovingly-crafted meals with ingredients we grow and raise ourselves.

As a Mom of two beautiful daughters and head chef at the cafe – I’ve learned a thing or two about how to keep the ones I love happy, healthy, and well-fed.

And I’m thrilled to share what I’ve learned with you, here at the School of Traditional Skills.
